Jessica Holman Duthie

My practice focuses in several areas including, medical malpractice, catastrophic injury cases, VA negligence, and product liability cases. I take a client-centered approach, allowing my clients to be involved as little or as much as they choose.

I have been working with my Dad at his law office since I was old enough to push a button on the copy machine. Working in his office since I was young allowed me to see how injuries can impact people’s lives in all aspects. It was a pleasure to be a part of the process seeking justice for those who have been injured by corporations and others’ wrongdoing and carelessness.

Therefore, I decided at a young age to become an attorney, and that dream stuck with me through all my education. During my undergraduate education I stuck close to work and attended Pacific Lutheran University. I was active in leadership on my debate team, competing nationally. From there I took a year off between undergrad and law school to work at a law firm in Seattle learning the details of managing an auto accident injury caseload. I then attended Seattle University Law School while still working as an intern with my Dad. Upon completion of my J.D., I passed the bar exam. I happily joined my Dad’s law practice, and have been fighting for the rights of the injured ever since.

I am an Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice, a member of the American Association for Justice, and am the President of the Pacific Burn Foundation – a non-profit foundation that raises money for burn survivors. I believe in being an advocate for those who are catastrophically injured both inside and outside of the courtroom.
