Defective products are cases in which you purchased a product that is intended for a particular use. In using that product, a defect in the product creates a danger which causes you injury. There are numerous examples of defective products that range from safety equipment on automobiles, defective tires, engines, seats, or seatbelts. Defective products could be household appliances, yard equipment, or any other device that is purchased to be utilized and is dangerous for one reason or another. Medical devices that are ordered by physicians could be defective. Medications prescribed by physicians could either be defective or may not properly warn of dangers or contraindications.
